Many years ago we were mainly producing bowls, plates, coffee cups, ash trays, and even some figurines. Interested in our own health and well being, we discovered Kombucha tea and it's many health benefits.It wasn't long before we were producing our own Kombucha Jars. We did such a good job that soon Harald W. Tietze, author of "Kombucha, The Miracle Fungus" was personally using and recomending our "Beechmountain Pottery Kombucha Jars".
Our Kombucha Jars sold well at markets and we had many enquiries from the public, and then from "Health Food" stores. It was through this growing association with the health industry, that led us to our interest in the growing demand for the quality 'water filters' that have become the mainstay of our business.
